i have had shin splints for about 2 weeks, not very intense though. they have been coming back on and off. now today at our track meet i ran the 4x2, then the 4x1, then the 200m dash. between the 4x1 and the 200m, i started to get shin splints again! but this time only in my left leg. whats going on and how do i get rid of it?
