Question about vision in dark areas.?

Heya!

Whenever I'm in a dark or semi-dark place, my vision turns all pixel-like. Is this normal? I've altered a picture so you see what I mean:

My vision is like the left of that picture, in the shadowy part.

Maybe your part fly, no just kidding. You may need to see a doctor, you could have something putting pressure on your optic nerve that can cause this.
