Theres this girl I like and tried to talk to but she kinda ignored me. I pretty much gave up her. We work together and a lot of times I catch her staring at me and then she quickly turns her head. Sometimes if I run into her I'll say hi but she kinda grins and keeps going. Then I'll catch her looking at me again. What does this mean when girls do this?

It means that the girl thinks you're cute and she likes you, but she is too scared to talk to you because she is embarrassed or shy. Keep on saying "hi" to her when you face each other and when you see her next time TALK TO HER AND MAKE HER WANT TO TALK TO YOU.

I'm a girl and when ever I do this to a guy I'm playing hard to get. Maybe you should ask her one day if she is checking you out in a funny sweet way. but I think she is playing hard to get don't gave up play the game have fun.

sounds like she's interested but really shy and maybe she thinks that she may not hold a good conversation so she doesn't say anything. put a lil cute note on her desk telling her she's pretty and you would love to talk to her or inviting her to lunch.
