I recently bought calcium chews from GNC. I do not drink much milk other then cereal on weekends. The only form I think I may get is in my multi-vitamin and yogurt. Not sure if other stuff (ex. power pars, protein shakes...) has it too. But from the above info how I dont drink milk much is it ok to take these calcium chews?Will I get kidney stones?Can it be beneficial to me at such a early age?I am 16 years old
