Question to realtors?

We put our home on the market 2 weeks ago. A few days after we put it up, our realtor told us that she has gotten SO many calls about our house to the point that she hasn't had time to call them all back.. Now 2 weeks later why has there only been 2 showings? She made it sound like a bunch of people were interested.

There's a big difference between making a simple inquiry and liking the answers enough to make an appointment and get in the car and follow-through. But good luck, at least you know there is interest of some kind. Many don't have that.

You need to ask her that question.  If you don't get a satisfactory answer, talk with her broker.
