I might be getting a new coach and I'm going to be getting a trail lesson from her. ( i have my own pony)

I was wondering what are some questions I could ask her?

How do I ( you ) gain trust with the horse?

What if my ( your ) horse has an accident on the trail?

The first questions that I always want answered when it comes to other horse people, mostly revolve around their past with horses. Such as...

How long has she been riding?

How long has she been instructing?

What all disciplines does she ride and/or teach?

Does she work with a specific breed?

What services does she offer?

about your lessons, just ask any question that comes to mind. If your having trouble with a certain aspect of your riding, whether it be getting your horse to do what you ask, your equitation, terminology, ETC. feel free to ask her. She's an instructor, she's there to teach you, so ask any question you may have. ;)
