I take Vitamin D every morning for my depression. My doctor said I have SAD (Seasonal Affect Disorder) with which my body becomes depressed with lack of UV rays. Actually, it's the lack of Vitamin D maded by my body because of the UV rays. So my uncle, who takes supplements for everyday said that maybe I should try taking a Vitamin D supplement to replace the Vitamin D my body isn't making. Should I continue trying it or forget it and call it an "old wives tale"?
