how can you tell a men you love him without sexually stuff i mean in a romantic type of thing an plz no rude comments

Ummm, this is a little tough cause I AM a man, but, you can say something like:

I love you and I want to spend most of my time with you.

Exactly that - you just be honest and tell him you love him.  Telling someone you love them is not a sexual advance.  If he thinks of s*x first when you tell him you love him, then it shows he lacks the maturity and respect to be in a serious relationship he is not worthy of you.
