Quick question regarding Molina healthcare?

Question

-what coverage do they provide? tridational or managed?

-what deduct is allowed?

-how much will the insurer pay after deduct are met?

-Is there out of pocket maximum?

-is ther elife time maximum benifit allowed?

My only experience with them was as a managed care program through Medi-Cal (medicaid in California). Since it was state sponsored, there was no deductible or out of pocket and no lifetime maximum and they covered approved services at 100%..
