Quotation Help Please!?!?!?!?

I'm writing a report and was wondering what to do if i am using a quote over 40 words in MLA style. Should a put quotes around it or not? i know i hafta indent it an inch farther than everything else. thx 4 da help.

No you should not because a quote that long should be broken out of the text and given a source note.

Nope no quotes, just the indenting
