R4 revolution for DS (NDSL/NDS)?

Question

I just ordered this for my little sis. She said if you have this R4 thing, you can download games into your DS for free, and you don't have to buy a game. So basically i have this R4 thing right now but i'm completely clueless how to use it. I got a disk, a thing that looks like a flash USB and a square thing that is labled R4.

The only thing i don't have is that SanDisk thing. Is that ok if i don't have it?

Can somebody tell me what i need to do with these?

Try looking at the company that makes it' site?

It may also explain it when you download the program that "should" be on the disc it came with. If not, I'm clueless

There should be no problem if you dont have the disk. But if you are missing something else, it might.
