  1. i think i has something to do with him not seeing the darkness


  2. Riku dons a blindfold, for "his eyes couldn't lie" about his darkness which he is preparing to use and wished Mickey not to witness firsthand.


  3. Because he was possessed by ansem and if he sees darkness which is everywhere then he controls Ansem's power and can destroy the world, he only ever took it off once and that was in the second riku vs roxas battle
