Ok I do know I have Spanish, English,Irish,Scotish in me from my moms side but im not sure about my dad

I Just Say Im White When people ask me but I dont look like most "white" people I have always had a olive complection and dont have much of a pointy nose if that matters. Some people have spoke spanish to me thinking im mexican But I said I just have some spanish in me not mexican so im white. Some people mistaked me for being native.. Native American, I might on my dads side but I dont think I do.

So I geuss I can say Im White or Mexican or Native I have some choices

Just say you're multi ethnic if you'd rather not go with the general term White. You did mention that you dont know about your father's background so why not look into it? You could have a significant amount of Native American or some other non-European heritage.

Spanish, English, Irish and Scottish are all Euro so your obviously white, lol! But where do you get mexican and native from? Just because people said you look like that doesnt mean you can call your self that, right? Im happy to know, that you know the difference between being Spanish and being Mexican. first off english irish scotish is all the same d**n thing  i dont get why people do that your either white black spanish indian asian or pacific island. english irish scotish? everyone has that in their ethnicity its called "white". basically your asking am i white or spanish?
