Racial Vilification Brisbane?

Question

A taxi driver nearly ran me over and when I told him not to be and idoit and drive with his eyes on the road - he was looking around at the buildings. He drove the car up near me, turned the window down and called me a white c--- I am actually not white. We have laws that he can be charged under racial vilifcation - should I complain and have him charged. SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY

if you got the cab number call the company & complain to them

no.choose not to be offended.the racial vilification laws are a joke that are designed to surpress majority voices,since the overwhelming majority of cases are going to be from the minority choosing to look and hope for things that will allow them to surpress the majority.
