Radio disney channel ny?

it says that the radio channel in ny for radio disney is 1560 but it comes in completely staticy and fuzzy. why is this?

That is the channel for Radio Disney New York City.  If you live closer to Albany, try am 1460.  If it is still fuzzy, it may just be the signal.  The signal only reaches a certain ways, so if you don't live close enough, you won't get it.  Also, if you were listening at night, try listening at night.  The signal is different at night than during the day.  You can also listen online if necessary.
