On My Sisters Birthday Her And Her Friends All Wore Bright Coloured Tights To Be Fun And I Want To Do Something Like That But Not Bright Tights But Something Like That Any Ideas?... Thankyou :)

Where all birthday hats that say "(your name)'s Birthday friend" or something like that. or if you really want to get into it you have all of your friends over and have them make T-shirts with fabric markers that say, Happy Birthday (your name) and then they can decorate it and then they might feel more willing to wear it!
