Question:

Rape complaint against a woman?

I know a woman can be imprisoned of rape if proven she had s*x with a minor even if a male.

But what will be your first reaction if you hear in the news that an adult man complained that a woman raped him? Is that even possible?

Speak your mind to this.

  1. you got to be kidding. penetration, however slight, is rape, why should that only apply to women.

  2. I studied law (graduated 3 years ago) and a woman could NOT rape a man. She could seriously sexually assault him (use your imagination for that one) but not rape him.

Rape has to be full, proper intercourse.

Only a man can legally rape.

    UK Law

    Sexual Offences Act 2003:

Rape (1) A person (A) commits an offence if—

    (a) he intentionally penetrates the v****a, a**s or mouth of another person (B) with his p***s,

    (b) B does not consent to the penetration, and

    (c) A does not reasonably believe that B consents.

    ...

    (4) A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable, on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for life.

NOTE - with his p***s as above. Not with any other instrument.

EDIT - DARTHMEATLOAF - for your dictionary definition of rape - as I put above - legally only a man can rape. A woman can commit a wide variety of other, horrific offences, but they do not constitute rape.  It is the very nature of intercourse can means that only a man can rape.

If you read the question asked, it asks "is that even possible". I answered as no it isn't.

So you can quote me all you like, but in the UK (and I stated the country above) a woman cannot rape a man.

  3. first instinct is yes its possible though i dont know about the technical limp noodle aspect. i guess there are many kinds of rape?

  4. "I studied law (graduated 3 years ago) and a woman could NOT rape a man. She could seriously sexually assault him (use your imagination for that one) but not rape him.

Rape has to be full, proper intercourse.

    Only a man can rape.

Just because the Law where you are is broken and outdated does not mean it is right, nor does it mean that a man cannot be raped by a woman.

According to the dictionary definition, Rape is "any act of sexual intercourse that is forced upon another person"

The whole "limp noodle" comment made by the teacher mentioned above is BS.  An erection is not something that a man has direct control over, and positive sexual advances are not the only thing that can cause one - erections can be triggered by fear as well as physical or emotional duress.  An erection can happen simply because the proper nerves are stimulated regardless of the mental state of the man involved.

The U.S. Justice Department says one in every 33 men in the United States has been the victim of a rape or attempted rape, compared to one in six women.  Add to that that most men do not report it and it looks like an even smaller number.

That does not mean that it does not or can not happen, and there have been cases in multiple countries where women have been convicted of raping a man.

Yes, most definitely, a woman can rape a man

  5. whats this limp noodle rubbish. if thats the case then what about "you cant force a dry object in a dry hole" if the hole is wet thats not rape.

  6. Speak my mind to this?

Well, I do believe that a woman can rape a man. The whole "limp noodle" theory is complete bogus because a man might still get sexually aroused even if the s*x is non-consential and also, a woman could rape a man quite easily if he had drunk too much and passed out.

  7. yah actually I know someone that did that but the guy was passed out and i dont really think he complained but he was still mad cause she was nasty ... eithor way its wrong and girl or guy they should go to jail

  8. I had a teacher who taugh law and he always said

"Well you can't rape a limp noodle. So if it's hard, you liked it. And that's not rape"

    nuff said

  9. yes it is posible for a woman to rape a man if she forces him to have s*x and he says no its rape!

  10. Actually, there was a famous case in the early 80's or late 70's when an infatuated young woman kidnapped a man and had s*x with him.  He was religious, I think, and strongly objected to it.  I suppose it if was a woman, they'd label it seduction, but his normal male hormones were aroused, and yes, he managed to do the deed.  As I said, he objected to it and a court case ensued and he won.

  11. I think it is very possible and I think it happens more often than we realize. I'm sure that there have been plenty of cases where a guy had too much to drink, passed out, and woke up having s*x.

The problem is society tells the guy to go with it. I mean what kind of man would complain about having s*x? What kind of man would admit that he was overpowered by a woman? Society would call this guy a "wimp" if he came forward.

The limp noodle aspect is pretty null and void. Men have erections and women have orgasms for many reasons other than sexual arousal. Fear can be a trigger.
