lady 2 & 3 . . . harpy decks have the potential to be very good

Good but you can't have more than 3 Harpie's because Harpie Lady 1, Cyber Harpie Lady and  a Harpie Queen are all treated as Harpie Lady. So you would have to take out either a Harpie Lady 1, Cyber Harpie Lady, or Harpie Queen.
