Ampharos: is not a very good electric pokemon, as it's rather slow and its attack is not as high as others.  I would suggest a replacement of Electivire (Earthquake, Cross Chop, Thunderpunch, Ice punch) or Porygon-Z (Tri-Attack, Nasty Plot, Thunderbolt, Dark Pulse).

Dewgong: I would suggest a replacement of Empoleon, because Empoleon has more defenses (as a part steel type).  Use Surf, Ice Beam, Grass Knot, and Brine or Yawn.

Scizor:  is a good fast pokemon.  I would change the moveset though.  I'm assuming false swipe is in there for catching pokemon, you'll have to get rid of it if you want Scizor to be a battler.  Use Swords Dance, X-Scissor, Baton Pass, and Agility for team support.  Swords Dance, X-Scissor, Night Slash, and Baton Pass for physical attacker.  

Dragonite:  keep it!  I would suggest a moveset change though: Earthquake, Dragon Dance, Aerial Ace, Thunderbolt.  This will make it able to deal with more types of pokemon.

Gallade:  is good.  Use: Close Combat, Psycho Cut, Night Slash, Thunder Wave.  Psycho Cut is better than Leaf Blade because of STAB bonus, Thunder Wave will support attacks, and the others will deal with other types.

Tyranitar:  Keep it, but change the moveset.  Use Rock Slide, Earthquake, Dragon Dance, and Substitute.  Don't use Flamethrower, Tyranitar has low special attack.

Your team has a lot of power, but may be unbalanced in attack and defense.  Consider swapping out Scizor with an Umbreon (Moonlight, Toxic, Baton Pass, Mean Look), which can annoy opponents with his awesome defenses and great strategy in the moveset.

yeh its a good team, i woukld probably change the ampharos to another electric type like eletivire and change scizor to a lucario, and asll of your moves are pretty good ;)
