My rates out of 100%, I'm basing myself on their careers, some of them already finished, some about to finish, some in the middle, and some starting barely, here's my opinions on what I've seen of them either so far or throughout their whole career:

These in my opinion, are realistic to me, I didn't really go up to 90 because you would have to be a legend to be up in the 90's, but at the same time, nobody is perfect, so you couldn't get too high in the upper 90's, but here's a few examples of the players I would think should be rated up in the 90's:

i dont understand how ronaldo, a fat man with bad knees has a higher rating than lamps, gerrard, drogba, raul and terr. they all play. all play on champions league teams. all are healthy.
