Razor cell phone problems?

ok so ive had my cell phone for like 4 months and the other day the screen just started flashing and going off and i would have to turn it off and then turn it back on and it would work until i closed it. But at lunch today i opened it and it wouldn't turn on and theres no water damage and its chared cuase i just charged it yesterday,

I had a Razor same problem so I returned it, and had to pay the $80 to get a new one. I had insurance on it and it still cost me that much. Then the second one I got after about 4 months the screen stopped working, so I gave up cool looking phone but they are c**p. I bought a $20 Go phone ,popped my sim card out put it in, and had it for 2 years.
