Razr with a blank screen?

Question

Tonight my razr cellphone showed up as a blank white screen. It seems as if it is frozen, I don't know what to do. I already tried to turn it off, and it didn't work. When I close the phone the front screen still says verizon. I don't know what is going on, so if you can explain what's going on and hopefully come up with a solution, that would be great! Today is certainly not my day. Thanks again!

I have had some problems with my razor for sure.  Have you tried charging it?  Try turning it off when it's on the charger.  You could also take the battery out and put it back in.  Mine started giving me trouble when the battery was going, then, one day, it just shut off.  I'm kind of not liking my phone anymore.  Good luck

Take the battery out.  Put the Battery back in.  Turn it on.  That may fix the issue.

this happened b4 with ma old razr what u gotta do is turn it on take out the battery (while it's on) put the battery back in and turn it on while itz startin up hold down the red and green buttons when it finally turns on close it n press the side buttons about 3 times then open it. it should now work.
