premtech, you helped me with my anote? cap problem- I followed ur instructions and am waiting for rubber sealant to dry. I heard a tiny spark when I pryed the cap off but no big shock. I cleaned it up a little, sealed it, and put it back on. It seems I'm missing a step? was I supposed to replace it? or follow it back to the flyback transformer? I basically took it off and put it back on, is that right?
