Okay so on the news there is a story bout a woman who was stuck on a toilet for two years and her skin grew over it so they had to pry her off with a crow bar...sounds like c**p to me but it also says that she is pressing charges to her husband for not helping or getting help....all he did was feed her....do you believe this!!!? comment and answer please

Oh ya, how bizarre... I read it. Apparently her husband (who works in an antiques shop) tried persuading her to come out, but she kept telling him, "maybe tomorrow" and he only called the cops when he thought she was becoming increasingly disoriented of late. He's way overdue man... alright, assuming she was one tough nut to crack, that's still no excuse for calling for help so late! He needs to take some responsibility for what happened; I wouldn't advise the state to let him be her primary caregiver... she should be returned to her family. This isn't called love. It's called utter disregard for another human being. Even with food, clothing and shelter... that's no way to live. He took advantage of her condition yet pleads ignorance?! Gimme a break!!!

She's lost her darn mind.  I'm from Kansas (though far away from where this nut-job was located) and its been all over the news here.  Apparently she was going on and on about how she was abused as a child and the bathroom "was her only safe place."   Days went by where she was spending more and more time in the bathroom and finally she didn't come out.  In the beginning she was still taking care of herself in the ways of changing her clothes and bathing regularly.  I guess that in the last 2 months her mental status had started to decrease and she sat on the john to the point that they had to pry the seat off the toilet and then have the darn seat removed from her rear.  They are not thinking that she will ever walk again do to the lack of the use of her muscles in her legs. I honestly have no clue how people are like this.  I think he's an idiot for not calling the cops on her a lot sooner.  He was enabling her by bringing her clothes and food.  They also said that they have been in a relationship for something like 16 years and that it has been relatively normal. (meaning he was visiting her in the bathroom, if you catch my drift)

She's off her rocker and he's an idiot for not doing something sooner.  Now they're trying to put charges on him for lack of care on a dependent.

Apparently she developed an infection and may never walk again.  According to the sheriff, both are retarded (he used PC correct words but same thing).

I saw that on the news. That is insane. I don't believe she didn't come out of the bathroom for all that time. Please.
