OUR LOVE

i always think of you

dream of you late at night

how could we be?

when our parents still fight

even when im alone

it is you i still see

i always wish

for someone to touch me

i long for you

to stay here by my side

all i want to be

Is you bride

i want your love

locked away in my heart

i just need to know

that we'll never part

please keep this secret well

even though it is wrong

i'll keep it too

since you're gone for so long

i wrote this poem in 9th grade last year for class but my friends actually liked it...do you?

its simple but good. i dnt knw abt others bt i realy like this kind of poem.i think we dnt hv to write a poem with heavy words. a simple poem lyk dis can be good.

It is very good for your age. Present it to your English teacher, they will tell you how to "clean" it up. You have strong potential.

yes. Me, because I suck with poems and anything that happens to rhyme, but it's great.

the first stanza made me think of romeo and juliet.
