What is your favorite card in the deck and why?

  1. It depends on the deck, actually.  In Hanson-Roberts my favorite card is the Eight of Cups because, to me, it looks as if the woman has built an altar of cups and is performing a ritual near the water under the moonlight.  Even her staff looks more like a hand-made ritual broom to me than anything else.  I think it's a really beautiful card.

    Ace of Cups has a lot of meaning for me in most decks, I see it as a card that says, "You deserve to be happy, loved, and content."


  2. Any of the Aces, to me it means God is working on your behalf.  Then the  Magician.  In the right position, it means you write your own ticket.  And then the 7 of cups, it means all of your dreams will come true.
