  1. Your pretty much ready, just trow in push ups, sit ups, pull ups, and bar dips, then your more than ready. Later

  2. How good is your cardio, and how much are you running.  You should be able to hop on the treadmill, and run 7-8 miles in 1hr time, stretch real quick and transition into hardcore calisthenics, followed up by focus mitts, then box 5minutes, grapple 5minutes, kickbox 5minutes, then fight mma 5minutes.  Test yourself at least 3times per week, and make that routine a ritual in your workout, and you will wreck anyone in there.  You will stand out, trust me!  I know doesnt sound like fun, but you will be pushed, and Frank Shamrock used to push his guys with that, except I substituted the cardio for leg raises, free squats, sit-ups, pull-ups, push ups, etc.

  3. You got most of it, throw in some bag work and PFT training and you will have it.  Stew Smith has some really great PFT routines.

Personally I would recommend Pull ups. parallel bar pull ups, dips. v-sits and all kinds of leg lifts and core strengthening stuff, like taking a weight plate and swininging it around your head, down to your abs and back up behind your head.

Stew Smith (former SEAL, LCDR, USN, Ret.) has some great info, if you e-mail him tell him the IDF Sayaret guy recommended you.
