Real Player 11 Install Problems?

Question

I am running Windows Vista with all the recommend system requirements except a "Ifusing screen reader software" (JAWS etc).

I have downloaded the file: "RealPlayer11GOLD.exe"

I run it as admin and the first screen is the End-User agreement with an accept and cancel button. Nothing happens when I click either button and the only thing i seem to be able to do is click the "X" in the top right corner and exit the program.

Do I just have to wait because it's working, or do I have the wrong file.

It Should run, & no it doesn't take that long. maybe the installation package is corrupt.

try downloading it again. & check for the file size. the complete packagae is over 10MB. If you get a small file, its the kind that connects to the internet to get the other files. Make sure you are connected in that case.. & this one does take some time.
