Real life to Madden?

if a guy runs a 4.3 40 in real life what would his speed rating be in Madden?

there's more too it then that.  the game adds in acceleration, shuttle runs, 40 yard dash, and just plain old explosiveness.  Devin Hester only ran a 4.4 40 yard dash but gets a 100 speed in Madden.  Reggie Bush ran a 4.3 and gets a 98.  the game tries its best to make certain players more explosive then others one way or another.  it's basically an attempt to make it as realistic as possible.

Well, there is football speed and sprinter speed....

40 times are sprinter speed and do not always translate to football speed....

You would be in the top 1% regardless with that kind of speed.

Madden bases the speed not only on 40 time, but also the cone drill, and shuttle.  A player may have a 4.3 40 and end up a 95 speed, but have a 99 accelleration.  On the other hand he may have a 4.3 40 and have a 99 speed with only a 91 accelleration.

well seeing as how bob sanders ran a 4.33 at his combine..and madden gives him 93 or 94 speed ratings

but gives guys who run 4.37 98 nd 97 speed ratings(bush,mcfadden) idk
