Really bad pain! PLEASE help

Question

Yesterday i had like a burning up my throat and down to my belly, my belly felt like it was full of wind, but i never give off any wind, today i have a bad pain under my ribs on my right side of my chest (closer to the middle) could this be serious? any ideas what it is, i cant get a doc appoint until 1 week away, so im just curious, thanks!

you might have acid reflux or appendicitis.

It can be acid reflux or something more serious. Since it has been a couple of days and is that painful you should consider the ER since it maybe cardiac related. Please keep in mind age does not play a role, no one is too young for heart problems.

Sounds like you have a BAD case of GAS.

Take an over the counter anti-flatulance medicine  For the next couple of days, take Beano with each meal.  You should be fine.  Remember what you ate yesterday that could have caused this problem then either avoid it or eat it in moderation--least you'd like a repeat episode :)

It sounds serious.  If you can't to see a doctor, go to the nearest emergency room.
