Really hard to swallow! Help!?

feels like theres a lump in my troat it feels like its blocked had like 4 glasses of water happens alot actucally and It bugs be anyone one knows what this means its really uncomfort able to swallow.

I strongly suggest you go see a doctor. I know this is not helping much because I cannot guess the cause of this. But this is definitely really serious, so go see a doctor.

it is probably an allergic reaction. go find out what it is and you wont have to deal with it your whole life.

Depends on how long its been going on.

It could be strep throat. that will need a DR.

Or just use a small amount of salt in warm water and gargle a couple times a day. If it don't go away in a couple days or so, go to a Dr.
