  1. if they are about a inch in from the sidewall in the flat of the tyre it could be repaired how ever. only 1 puncture repair is deemed safe per tyre!

  2. If your tyre has been punctured on the bottom. ie where the tyre meets the road it is legal to repair it. The answer to the question is yes you can repair it with a puncture repair kit from a motorbike shop or maybe even Halfords. You will have to take off the wheel and let out the air to the tyre. Once that's done you have to take the tyre off the wheel and repair it from the inside ( The kit is  as mentioned available from Halfords or any motorbike shop)

  3. punched ? PUNCTURED you dummy. tyre is how it is spelt in the Queens english , not tire as you colonials spell it.

  4. get a new tyre as soon as possible, if you patch it, the patches only work for about 30-50km's

Gotta love that you can tell who the americans are by how they don't know that tyre is the proper spelling for tire :P

  5. If the holes are not in the sidewall you can patch the inside. I would buy a new TIRE.

  6. i guess all dis mafakaz dont know what a tubeless tire is.

If the hole is not too big and close to the middle of the tire, they sell "plug kits" for that in motorcycle stores. It consists of 2 tools and a glue like ropes. First tool makes the hole round and rough on the edges, and with second tool you stick in and pull out one of those glue like ropes. At the end you cut the excess rope, and put glue on which comes with a kit.

i have both of my tires plugged like that right now.

  7. Take it to a tyre place near you, they may put a tube in or you may have to buy a new tyre. Some punctures may be fixed, you need to ask at the tyre place.

  8. try these i have had 2 of them in back tyre for over 4 thousand mile some of them over 150 mph  the box is small enough to fit under seat

  9. i would NEVER try to patch a street bike tire, everytime you went somewhere youd be worrying about the patch letting go,and that does happen.buy a new one and save yourself the hassle.

on a dirt bike,i would take the chance

  10. A simple repair would be to remove the tire and patch it from the inside, THEN install a tube to make sure it holds air. If it were a tube tire they would "boot" it anyway. (install a patch inside of it to keep sand and water out) The concensus is to replace a tubless tire on a bike if t has more than one plug it it. How much wear is left on the tire? Chances are you need a new one anyway?

  11. what's a TYRE?
