Reasons to traumatize to not eat fast food basically!

Just don't eat at Taco Bell. Pretend that Fast Food places are horrible, and go to other restaurants.

When I gained weight, it was because of Ponderosa, Lone Star Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Hooters, and so on. It was eating at big restaurants. They have a lot of calories, and if you eat more than Olive Garden a day, you will gain weight. Blame it on the fast food if you want, and pretend they are "unhealthy" for you. Eating too much is what makes you gain weight. Period!!

I will tell you a legend about a local Taco Bell.

There was local taco bell that all my friends and i used to hang out at and grub on the food. My brother used to be a regular there to. The manager there used to watch my brother eat, and he would ask him if he liked the beans. And my brother would say he loved them. Then one day I go to hit up taco bell and I see it was closed down, and this paper on the window. I am not sure exactly what it said, but others were saying that the Owner/Manager or whatever was POOPING in the beans and mixing it!

So moral of this story is....... EAT AT HOME :)

I have been told that they use Grade D meat....that's too far away from Grade A to make me comfortable.

leftover hamburgers are used to make the chili at wendy's (brother's first job he was grossed out after a 3 days and quit)

this is just what has happened to some family members. these disgusting things could happen in a 5 star restuarant. basically eat at home then if you find a hair you know more than likely it is your own
