Recession?

So, are we in one yet? It's been divided this whole time of yes we are no were not. But GM is going down and the reserve is lending money to f***y mae.... Where do we go from here?

A recession is defined as two consecutive quarters of negative growth.  We haven't even had one, yet.  All the talk about the recession is just the media bashing the Bush White House.  Growth slowed, so they (incorrectly) called it a recession.

The transportation industry is considered one of the leading economic indicators.  When transportation is up, the general economy follows within a couple of months.  Transportation is booming.  Everything else will follow soon.
