There's a few, HyperCam2 and Camtasia Studio 5.1 by TechSmith Corporation. Camtasia is more advanced and let you edit your video and format it for YouTube.

Device like this is called screen recording software or screen recorder. I would like to recommend is DemoCreator. It is really an easy screen recorder which record video and audio from PC in sync.
