Recycling?>?

Question

so my family never recycled, so i started to collect cans and bottles and stuff 4 weeks ago. i live in new york and i was just wondering how much money you get??

this is what i collected:

coke cans- 17

the 2 litter coke bottles- 2

water bottles- 6

it looks like we drink a lot of coke and stuff but we have 8 people in our family :)

I'm not sure... i think that whenever the bottle says 5 cents or 10 cents or something, that's how much you get per bottle.

Here in Arkansas aluminum is $0.78 per pound. Figure a large trashbag full of cans will net you about $8.00.

Plastic I turn in at a local store, same with the glass.
