Red Blurring

My Vizio 42" has all of the sudden become like watching a moving painting. It goes in and out and is progressively getting worse. Watching a show or movie that is dark looks like a mess of black and red. Watching a sporting event looks like a video game or a recent richard linklater film. Of course, I bought the tv from costco just days over a year ago and costco has recently changed their return policy. What can i do to get my tv back to normal.
