Reduced pleasure from urethral stricture?

I have urethral stricture and i cant seem to have an o****m when i was younger i stopped myself by choice but now i can't i'm ready to have a family and settle down but i just can't and i've tried everything under the sun for more pleasure but s*x in general doesn't feel as good as it use to and i was wondering if it had to do with me having urethral stricture also i haven't yet gotten it fixed

I would seriously recommend for you to see your general practitioner or urologist as soon as possible. I don't know how serious this condition is or could become but it can only help ny seeing a doctor. Don't let embarrassment get in the way.

go talk to your urologist about both problems. You need to get the stricture problem looked at so talk to him about both at the same time.
