Refreshing Yahoo Groups and Removing Bottlenecks?

Question

I have a proposal to make Yahoo Groups more efficient.

Hopefully i can somehow present this to the operators of Yahoo Groups.

1. Groups which have had no NEW members for more than 3 years should be deleted.

- This would reduce server clutter and load and make searches more relevant to groups with ACTIVITY.

2. Groups which have more than 50 members and have had no activity for one year (not counting messages, just files and photos etc.) should have any moderator approval requirement removed PERMANENTLY.

- Some groups have lots to offer in their various sections, having a lazy moderator or a super-strict moderator doesn't aid those who actually want to contribute to the group.
