Refrig not working

our refrigerator is only one month old and the freezer just stopped freezing today--everything is defrosted in it and the refrigerator is not as cold as it should be-----------------we have tried flipping the breaker, cleaning the coils, defrosting the condensor and no results!!! help==i have tons of food for christmas day in the refrig=thanks
