Regarding Olympic Schedule

I want to do a redundancy check on some information I’m probably answering my own question, but I want to be sure and have it confirmed by someone who knows for sure.

Will all the U.S. basketball games be shown exclusively on NBC's local affiliates(ex. being N.Y- WNBC, Chicago -WMAQ, L.A. KNBC)?. Also regarding the time of the broadcasts, will the games be live on all coast(like 8:00p.m. EDT, 7:00p.m CDT, 6:00p.m. MDT, and 5:00p.m. PDT). Or will the other coast have to wait for an 8:00p.m. re-broadcast?.

The games will air later but all will air at the exact same time coast to coast just like sunday night football.
