Registering a visa gift card?

Question

It says To put my address and I put P.O Box 23 but should I also include my city and state? It asks me what my zip code is but not my state or city? How should I fill it out?

I work for a retail co who verifies addresses when gift cards are used for making purchases.  The verification system is automated and it only asks for the street # and zip code and of course the card #.  The company I work for has been in business since the 1960's.  You should be okay...

it will not hurt to put city and state!!!
