Reliable Seat Belt Information?

I have been looking for information about seat belts. Does anyone know the answers to these questions?

On average, how many people die from NOT wearing a seatbelt?

On average, how many people die from WEARING their seatbelts?

I dunno where you can get statistics but I watched an interview with a Highway Patrol Officer and the response they gave was they had never taken the seat belt off a dead accident victim.

This is the closest that I can find and it is for the year of 2005.

Deaths wearing seatbelts, it is less than 2 percent.
