Remedy for ulcers?

I have been having ulcers on my lips for a month or so. I went

to gp he gave antiobiotics and gel .

It was reduced , I keep biting my lips and its come again

i am using smile aurvedic cream and listerene. Tried eating Tomato, Tulsi l leaves and applying salt and clove

Please suggest a remedy at the earliest
