Remote control cable

Need a "remote control" (as described in the Kenwood TS-820 manual).  This is the cable that connects the TS-820 to a linear amp. energizing the antenna relay.   Has a pin-like base connector with 2 coax connectors with RCA plugs on them.  Can anyone please tell me where I can buy this cable ?  Thanks
