Removal price for shingles?

there are 3 layers of shingles 0n a 1100 sq.ft house with a 5/12 pitch.there are mostly boards underneath but some ply wood.any idea how much it would cost?not including dumping them.

hey , the price to remove . is around $75 per sq. the roofer that takes them off. normally  installs the new ones.

      so they price the take off/ and replacement  shingles all in one price ....  around  $100 to $135 per sq .

   if at some point he finds  , rotten/  damaged  boards that will cost you more . per board. I'm guessing you will have some  damage as you roof has been re shingled  3 times....

   you have at least 3/4 of a trash Dumpster there

   tell the roofer you will   s upply the , shingles/  felt paper. and nails.   include the drip edge,   and get a good deal  on roofing .....     this should take a roofer about  three days max  to roof ....

    shingles        run about  $36 a sq . to $46

A sq is 100sqft 10' * 10' =100sq ft . So if you had 10sq's@ $100.00a sq = $1000.00 dollars & so on.
