Removing Delta Monitor Shower Handle?

CAN SOMEONE, ANYONE PLEASE FXCKING TELL ME HOW TO TAKE THE GODDAMN HANDLE OFF OF MY PIECE OF SHiiT SHOWER SO MY WATER ISNT COLD???

You could use a handle puller.  Or back the handle s***w out a few turns and leaving the screwdriver in place, tap it on the back  with a hammer while you have someone pulling on the handle.  When the handle pops out to the new s***w position you can back the s***w all the way out and remove the handle.

Coat the stem with silicone grease or wax before putting it back on.
