  1. mould gets in to material and its hard to remove, as its rotting the material.

  2. Try white vinegar.

  3. Try soaking in a solution of Soda Crystals (can be bought in most supermarkets) which is great for grease, ink, blood, tea and coffee stains.

It leaves no smell and makes clothes feel and smell fresh and clean. I use a tablespoon in the drawer of my washing machine along with the soap powder.

Soda Crystals are an old fashioned remedy used long before we had all the fancy powders and sprays used today.

I also use Borax and Bicarbonate of Soda for lots of cleaning round the house.

Good luck with the shirt - hope it works.

  4. Bleach if you can, if not mix lemon juice and salt. Put on the stains and rub with a toothbrush. Wash and dry outside.

  5. dissolve 1 table spoon salt in 2 Tablespoons lemon juice...treat the area...and lay in the sun..
