Reorganizing My closet?

first off my closet is a disaster. it has stuff piled in every way possible. my closet is small, its a single closet (one door) and its not a walk in. i keep my shirts,pants, sweaters, dresser, capris and sweats in their (everything else is in dresser) ontop of all the clothes is a shelf which is packed to the ceiling with baskets and bags of stuff. i have a bin on the floor for my stuffed animals which works pretty well except its become a dumping ground. i cant spend any money on this, but this is what i have to use :

how would i go about organizing this?

First of all you go through everything you have in your closet. Take as many trash bags as you can and put everything in the bags that you don't want or don't fit in. You can also try to get rid of some stuffed animals. DON'T THROW AWAY THE STUFF INSTEAD DONATE IT OR SOMETHING. Since you can't spend any money on this project try finding and collecting as many hangers as you can even if they aren't the correct size. Hang as much stuff as you can! If you can't find any pant hangers you can use regular shirt hangers that are plastic and put them through the hole or whatever. If you don't need, lets' say sweaters because it is summer then donate them or put them in some kind of storage unit. If you can't hang everything then try to fold it nicely and make small piles on the ground or in the dresser. If you don't want them on the ground or you have no room in the dresser then make small piles on top of the dresser. If you are one of those kids that put their dirty clothes on the floor anywhere in their room then put you stuffed animals on the bed or in a window that way you can put your dirty clothes in that bin. Try doing as much laundry as possible. If your shoes get dirty my 2 sisters taught me a trick just throw them in the washer and they come out as new.
