Question:

Replacing Audi A4 Wheels ....?

Hello. I currently own a 2005.5 Audi A4 Quattro 2.0T with 17 inch wheels. My buddy just got rid of his 2001 Audi Quattro A6, but needs to sell his winter wheels and tires. The 2001 A6 had 16 wheels. Will there be a problem if I were to purchase the set and put them on my A4? I have read that it may affect the TPMS, but that doesn't really bother me considering the wheels/tires have only one season on them and I can get them for 200 dollars.

  1. should fit.. but before id try and put one on the front to make sure it dont rub and for it messing with any other things thats not a big deal.. and really they make all season tires for like 25 yrs now that work just as good as winter tires.. tire guy 30 yrs

  2. check the door sticker and it will tell you the type of wheel size that wont affect anything. Usually there are Three or Four since most vehicles will have options at the time of purchase it just makes it easier for the dealers to fit the right wheels.
